Our remote-first approach allows us to assemble the best expertise regardless of location. We use secure, enterprise-grade communication and project management tools to ensure seamless collaboration across time zones. Every client engagement is managed with the same level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail as an in-person partnership.
Core Policies
Client Confidentiality & Data Security
We treat all client information — including business data, patient information, digital assets, and strategic plans — as strictly confidential. We implement industry-standard security protocols, encrypted communications, and secure data storage practices to protect client privacy. We do not share, sell, or distribute client data without explicit written consent.
Engagement & Communication
We maintain clear, consistent communication with all clients through defined channels and scheduled check-ins. Response times, project milestones, and reporting cadences are established at the beginning of each engagement. Clients can expect proactive updates, transparent progress reporting, and direct access to their assigned strategist throughout the engagement.
Scope of Services
All services are delivered in accordance with the scope documented in the signed service agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written agreement. iProfyl reserves the right to revise or update its service offerings, methodologies, and frameworks as part of our commitment to continuous improvement and industry best practices.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom content, strategic frameworks, website assets, and deliverables created specifically for their engagement by iProfyl. iProfyl retains the right to use anonymized, non-confidential project data and outcomes for portfolio, educational, and marketing purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing.
Payment & Cancellation
Invoices are due according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of services until outstanding balances are resolved. Cancellation terms are defined per engagement. Clients may cancel with written notice per their agreement terms; fees for work already completed remain non-refundable.
